
Thank you for your interest in our events! All of our events are held outdoors, rain or shine, on our 40 acre citrus farm in Howey in the Hills.
Applications do not guarantee acceptance. Once your application is received & reviewed, your will receive a message with further information. All information will come from; myraun01@gmail.com, including approval & payment information. Payment via the secure payment link below, is due within 48 hours of approval & is non-refundable or transferable. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to release your space to another vendor.
Detailed event information will be sent via email 3-5 days prior to the event.
Each vendor spot is for a 10x10 tent. Electric will NOT be supplied. If you require electricity, please plan on bringing battery lighting or a quiet generator. Loud generators may be denied use.
Vendors are required to stay through the duration of the event. Breaking down early or no-show will forfeit future participation in Acres of Grace Family Farms events.
We do experience wind gusts of up to 40mph & require all booths to be secured with weights. Vendors are responsible for any damages caused by their tents, equipment, or staff.
No children under the age of 16 may be left unattended.
Valuables should not be left unattended. Acres of Grace Family Farms does not assume responsibility for theft, damage, or loss of property or possessions.
Vendors are respossible for removal of all trash after the close of the event.
Farm gates will be opened at least 3 hours before the event. All vendors should be set up at least 30 minutes prior to event. In most instances, booths can be set up in advance upon request.
All registration lines must be filled out.
